Jon Tyson shares a clear path for fathers and sons that includes specific activities, rites of passage, and significant “marking moments” that can be customized to fit any family. There is a great audiobook for this too if you’d rather listen to it!

We have found this to be an incredible resource with creative action steps for how to manage the relationship with technology as Christ-followers.

Author Andy Crouch helps readers create vision for their families with how to use technology as a tool “to develop wisdom, character, and courage in the way we use digital media rather than accepting technology’s promises of ease, instant gratification, and the world’s knowledge at our fingertips.” He also shares in-depth research from the Barna Group (which is another great resource!) that explains how the choices we make about technology have consequences we may have never considered.

The "Tales That Tell the Truth" series is a great collection of books for teaching children about the wonderful works of God from the stories found in His word. While you may be familiar with these books, we wanted to share with you a corresponding resource that will help these stories come even more to life for children. These coloring and activity books each contain 32 pages of coloring, puzzles, mazes and activities based around the "Tales That Tell Truth" series. These can also be purchased as a set here or separately on Amazon.

This journaling bible set takes each individual book of the Bible and gives you a chance to take notes, journal alongside, and write out prayers and thoughts to God. Each book is full of text on the left hand page and the right hand side is just lined paper for you to mark up and dive into.

Wherever life takes you, the "Topical Memory System" provides a portable, effective way to memorize Scripture. Developed by The Navigators, the "Topical Memory System" is a clear, simple, proven way to meditate on key Bible verses. 

Lower School will be using the Explorer Bible CSB in K-5th grade Spiritual Life classes. This Bible would be great to have at home! It has "Excavating the Past" illustrations, "Exploring Creation" facts and images, "Character Field Guides" about important people in the Bible, "Discovering the Truth" callouts for application, and "Charting History" illustrated timelines that are easy to understand.

This book tells biblical stories in an engaging way while connecting every story to the overarching plan of salvation through Jesus. This book is often referenced book in Preschool Chapel; however, it is a great resource for kids of all ages.

This podcast has been a crowd favorite among our Liberty Upper School students and young alumni. Although this podcast targets young adults in their 20s and 30s, we have found the content very fruitful and applicable for our Upper and Middle School students.

The foundation of the podcast is the idea that “we’re all becoming something” and consistently challenges the listener to ask themselves: “Who are you becoming?” Jonathan Pokluda, Nate Hilgenkamp, and Kathy Davidson help listeners navigate life using Biblical Truth and practical examples. Their goal is for you to intentionally become the person God has called you to be.
