Giving

Gala 2024 header

Financial gifts create a lifeline to building and sustaining our community, providing an important way for our families to make a difference at Liberty. We believe everything is possible with your support. Thank you for making all the difference!

Like most private schools, tuition at Liberty Christian covers only 85% of the cost to educate. Every gift makes a difference!

Your support for general operational school expenditures is critical to our success. We have also identified multiple areas within the school for growth that will provide opportunities to advance the passions and interests of each student and family. We believe everything is possible with your support. Your giving makes the difference!

The Warrior Difference Annual Fund and Teacher Sustainability Goal – $1.45M

Browse the Annual Giving Opportunities here. Gifts to be used as needed, can also be given towards the goal here.

Teacher sustainability seeks to enhance the faculty compensation model by rewarding teachers for advanced degrees and relevant certifications, and raises their salaries to compete with market standards. This initiative will continue to lead Liberty into a competitive market that allows our community to keep and hire the best Christian professional educators.

Tuition Assistance Goal – $1M

Embracing the Value of Community – Tuition Assistance (Variable Tuition) promotes a diverse socioeconomic and cultural community: Provides partial needs-based tuition assistance to more than 100 students, giving them the opportunity to be a part of the Liberty community.

Thank you for supporting the students and staff at Liberty Christian School through annual giving!

Ways To Give

Encourage Foundation or Corporate Giving

Many foundations and corporations have partnered with Liberty in providing resources to support student success. If you are part of an organization or foundation that is interested in supporting education, please contact Liberty's Advancement team.

Support The Warrior Difference Annual Fund

Students, parents, grandparents, alumni and community friends at Liberty join together in providing annual, above budget, leading-edge resources that prepare students spiritually, academically and physically, to positively impact their family, community and world. Each department/program provides a list of items that will enhance the curriculum/program. Partner with us in equipping students for the future. Each fall, a link to The Warrior Difference Annual Fund will be emailed to every Liberty family, alumni and grandparent. It will also be available online via the Annual Fund tab under the Support Liberty area of the website.

Provide Gifts In Kind

Gifts in kind is a type of charitable giving in which, instead of giving money to buy needed goods and services, the goods and services themselves are given. In return, donors are given a letter of receipt for their personal tax filing. If you are interested in donating goods or services, please contact the Advancement team to discuss gift in kind options.

Consider Planned Giving

Planned giving is a type of charitable giving that allows you to express your personal values by integrating your charitable, family and financial goals. Making a planned charitable gift usually requires the assistance of the charity's development professional and/or a knowledgeable advisor such as an attorney, financial planner or CPA to help structure the gift.

Planned gifts can be made with cash, but many planned gifts are made by donating assets such as stocks, real estate, art pieces or business interests – the possibilities are endless. Planned gifts can provide valuable tax benefits and/or lifetime income for you and your spouse or other loved ones. The most frequently made planned gifts are bequests to charities made through your will. Other popular planned gifts include charitable trusts and charitable gift annuities. Thus, by definition, a planned gift is any major gift made in a lifetime or at death as part of a donor's overall financial and/or estate planning.

Double Your Giving Impact through Matching Gifts

Liberty receives thousands of dollars annually through its matching gifts program. Many companies offer matching gift programs to encourage employees to contribute to charitable organizations. Some provide matching funds to support employee volunteer hours. Most of these programs match contributions dollar for dollar, and some will even double or triple the amount of your gift. If your employer requires a tax identification number or EIN, please include 75-2316143. Click here to view the list of companies that offer matching gift programs.
