The mission of the Grandparents Association at Liberty Christian School is to provide generational support to our grandchildren at Liberty and their parents, our children. We will serve the school with our time, our prayers, our finances, and other resources in gratitude for the contribution it is making in the lives of our families and to the greater community. We want to leave a legacy of Christian faith and principles as the centerpiece of our heritage, and we believe this can be accomplished through enabling Liberty Christian School to continue providing an excellent education in a Christian atmosphere.
We consider grandparents a vital part of the Liberty family and affectionately call them our "Wisdom Warriors."
The Grandparents Association meets monthly to create community and learn about volunteer opportunities at the school, from serving at the Chili Cook-off to decorating a Christmas tree together at school.
Would you like to get involved in the Grandparents Association or learn more about attending or volunteering at a school event?
Each year at graduation, the Grandparents Legacy College Scholarship is awarded to two Liberty Christian School seniors, a male and a female. The scholarship is used to help offset expenses at the college of their choice. The award recipients are chosen based on an essay answering the question: “Which attribute that you acquired at LCS will you use upon graduation and in the future?”
