Luke Fife

Luke Fife — Luke is a 2010 Liberty graduate and joined the Alumni Council in 2023. After graduating from Oral Roberts University in 2014, he started his career in Technology in Tulsa where he lived and worked for five years after ORU. He moved back to DFW in July 2019, is working for his second early stage tech start-up, and pursuing his Master's of Divinity at The King's University. He loves being at home with his wife and two fur babies (with their first baby boy to arrive in September 2023!), playing golf, being with friends and family, and traveling.

Tanner Moseley

Tanner Moseley — Tanner is a 2015 Liberty graduate and joined the Alumni Council in 2023. After graduating cum laude from Texas A&M University, Tanner moved back to the DFW area to begin a career in commercial real estate. He is currently the Director of Asset Management at Reap Capital. Tanner loves water sports, cycling, snow skiing, and spending time with his wife, Caroline.

Alexis Airington

Alexis Airington — Alexis graduated from LCS in 2003 and went on to receive her degree in Theatre Performance from the University of Oklahoma. She met her husband, Travis, at OU. They moved back to North Texas upon graduation. Alexis spent 10 years working in youth ministry, and now is the owner and operator of Improv Cookie Company. She has two kids currently at Liberty, and enjoys cheering in the stands and helping coach the sports and activities her kiddos are in. She loves the Liberty community and is thankful for the family atmosphere here at LCS.

Logan Haire

Logan Haire — Logan is 2017 Liberty graduate and joined the Alumni Council in 2023. After graduating from Texas A&M University, Logan moved to Fort Worth for a sales position with Ben E. Keith Foodservice. Logan has served as a Liberty football coach and he and his wife Kendall regularly attend Warrior games. In his free time, Logan enjoys hunting, fishing, and reading.

Matt Habern

Matt Habern — As a 2004 alumnus, Matt Habern was involved in many sports and fine art programs while a student at LCS. Upon graduation, Matt attended The Art Institute of Dallas and studied Digital Media Production. While in college, he started a filmmaking business, contracting with companies in the DFW area, including LCS. In 2014, Matt Joined the Liberty staff to produce digital media and teach filmmaking and broadcasting classes. Matt currently lives in Justin with his wife, Nicole, whom he first met when they were students together at Liberty in 2000. Their son Hudson now attends Liberty in the Lower School.

Christian Burks

Christian Burks — Christian graduated Liberty Christian in 2013. He attended Blinn College for a year before transferring to SMU where he played football from 2014-2016. He graduated SMU with a major in Applied Physiology and Health Management and a minor in History. After graduating, he took a position as one of the performance coaches at Michael Johnson Performance in McKinney. He is currently working with the Burks Financial Group, LLC as a licensed insurance agent, while also striving to become a securities representative and investment adviser. He and his wife Heather married in 2019 and have a daughter, Heidi, born in 2022. The Burks family loves going to Cross Timbers Church, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and golfing.

Austin Grimes

Austin Grimes — Austin is a 2002 Liberty Graduate and joined the alumni council in 2023. He received his B.A. from Oklahoma and M.A. from Dallas Theological Seminary. Austin is a Navy chaplain currently stationed at Camp Pendleton, Calif. He has been married to Jessica for 15 years, and enjoys hunting, fishing, and other outdoor pursuits – especially with his three sons.

Kaitlyn Barry

9_Barry — Kaitlyn is a 2009 Liberty graduate and joined the Alumni Council in 2023. She received her B.S. from the University of Texas, where she ran cross country and track, and her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. Kaitlyn is a trial attorney in the United States Department of Justice's Antitrust Division. In her free time, she enjoys running, flying planes, traveling, hiking, and riding her horse, Patton.

Justin Else

Justin is a 2007 Liberty graduate who joined the Alumni Council in 2023. Justin attended Tarleton State from 2007-2009 and transferred to the University of North Texas where he graduated in 2012. Justin worked at Liberty from 2009-2015 in both part-time and full-time roles. He served as a Middle School teacher and a coach for multiple boys and girls sports. Justin changed fields and started his own insurance agency as his family started to expand. He met his wife Sarah in 2009 and they currently have three boys. Justin loves wrestling matches with his boys, cornhole, and volleyball with his wife.

Rikki Downing

Rikki is a 1999 Liberty graduate and joined the Alumni Council in 2024. Rikki attended Texas A&M University before returning to teach English at Liberty in 2004. She’s had the honor of serving at Liberty in many ways throughout the years and is currently the Upper and Middle School Counselor. Rikki has a son, Grant, in Middle School and a daughter, Sally, in Upper School. Rikki, her husband, Ted, her children, and more animals than they can count live in Argyle.
