TAPPS Transfer Paperwork

The mission of the Be One Touchdown Club is to build, prepare, encourage, and equip a community of Christian Warriors, by providing a collective effort of financial support and resources, beyond those provided by the school budget, to focus on the needs of the Liberty Christian School Football Program.

Funds raised by the Be One Touchdown Club will go to support players and their families by providing funds for items such as pre-game meals, end of year banquets, travel expenses, and more.

Before-care

There is no charge for before-care.

Preschool: Before-care begins at 7:30 a.m. in the Preschool play area for Preschool and Pre-K students.

Lower School: Before-care begins at 7:30 a.m. in the Lower School gym for Kindergarten-5th grade students.

Wednesday Late Start for Lower School: Extended before-care is offered from 7:30-9:10 a.m. All students must be dropped off by 8:10 a.m. to participate. See more information below about Triumph Sports regarding before-care on Wednesday Late Starts.

After-care

Preschool: Preschool and Pre-K students will be in the the Preschool play area from 3:15-6 p.m. We are not able to accommodate a drop-in option for Preschool students. Please note that Preschool after-care space is limited.

Lower School: After-care is available each full school day from 3:40-6 p.m. for all Kindergarten-5th grade families for a fee as outlined in our 2025-2026 Tuition and Fees. Register for Lower School after-care using the link below.

For occasional use of Kindergarten-5th grade after-care, please contact the Lower School the day of need for availability due to maximum capacity limits. The daily fee is $40 and will be billed through Tuition Management.

Triumph Sports

We are excited to announce that, beginning in the 2025-2026 school year, Liberty Christian Lower School will partner with Triumph Sports to oversee our daily after-care program and Wednesday Late Start before-care.

While the structure of our current program remains the same, Triumph Sports will enhance the experience with organized sports, games, homework support, and arts and crafts – all led by trained, Christ-centered coaches in a safe and engaging environment.

Triumph Sports has more than 20 years of experience operating camps for more than 50 churches across the DFW area. Founded in 2005, its mission is to use sports as a ministry tool to serve local communities.

Please note: Preschool before- and after-care will not be using Triumph Sports and will continue to operate as usual. Fees for preschool after-care can also be found on the 2025-2026 Tuition and Fees.

Parents and other family members may join their child for lunch on campus to enjoy the all you can eat SAGE offerings, but should first purchase a lunch ticket for $6. Tickets can be purchased here, with cash at the Warrior Union front desk, or with cash or credit card in the Liberty Locker. Please save your email receipt once purchased to present to the lunchroom staff on the day you would like to eat.

Class Color shirts are an annual tradition at Liberty! 

Each grade is assigned a class color and these special shirts may be worn to show school spirit on Friday Jeans Days, Homecoming Week Class Color Day, All-School Pep Rallies, and Lower School Field Day.

Ordering is now open for Preschool through 8th grade shirts. Each shirt will be $22 and may be ordered using this link.

Ordering for 9th-12th grade shirts will come at a later date, as these will be custom designed by class officers in student government.

Each grade has a unique Facebook Class page for parents to join and interact with one another. These pages are great spaces to share photos, reminders, and more. Please make sure you are requesting the correct class page for your child!

Liberty Christian School offers club and organizational opportunities for Upper School students in three areas: service clubs, special interest clubs, and competition clubs.

The mission of the Curtain Call Theatre Booster Club is to mobilize volunteers and build support for all theatre programs through financial support and resources, beyond those provided by the school budget, to focus on the needs of the theatre programs from 5th grade to Upper School. Our goal is to facilitate a robust community that provides parents an opportunity for involvement in their student’s theatre journey here at Liberty.

The Curtain Call Theatre Booster Club memberships will provide financial support beyond budget and Warrior Club funding. All net proceeds will support our theatre programs. We also encourage families to join Warrior Club as this will be the only place where you can receive reserved seating perks for our Fine Arts performances.

We consider grandparents a vital part of the Liberty family and affectionately call them our "Wisdom Warriors."

The Grandparents Association meets monthly to create community and learn about volunteer opportunities at the school, from serving at the Chili Cook-Off to decorating a Christmas tree together at school, in addition to Grandparents Day.

Liberty opens its doors to International Students from a number of  different countries, including China, Korea, Spain, and Brazil. Having international students in our community enriches the cultural experience of our student body! Learn more about the program here.

The first Friday of the month, fifth Friday of the month, and All-School Pep Rally Fridays are free Jeans Days for Kindergarten-12th grade!

Subsequent Fridays students may pay $3 cash to their teachers to wear jeans to support local and global missions. There is also an option to pay for the year in advance by making an online donation. Contact your school for more information regarding this option.

The Liberty Learning Center provides services to students who have diagnosed learning differences. For Liberty Learning Center related questions, please contact Director Laura Vinson.

The Liberty Locker offers a wide range of items, including school uniforms, for Warrior shoppers. Come by the Liberty Locker, located off the Commons, for all of your Warrior clothing and memorabilia.

Liberty has a medication policy, which requires both parents to sign the Online Medication Administration Request Form for non-prescription medications. This form includes the medication available for administration to your child while at school or school-sponsored activities and requires the signature of both parents. Please note: No medication will be given without permission each year.

If the medication will be given more than 10 times in one school year or more than four times in one month, you will also need a physician signature on the paper Medication Administration Request Form. All prescription medications will require this form to be completed with appropriate signatures. No narcotics will be administered at Liberty Christian School.

If you are a parent who needs username or password assistance to access your account, please use the "Forgot Login or First Time Logging in?" link within the myLiberty login window to retrieve your credentials. Parents will need to have an email address on file to retrieve a username and to set a password. If you are unable to access your account using this form, please contact the Technology Department at technology@mylcs.com. 

Students in 6th-12th grade will be provided with account access and should visit the Technology Department to set their password. If they need a password reset through the year, they can visit the Technology Department for assistance.

Mid-morning each day, the junior class sponsors snack time for Middle and Upper School students. With the help of junior class parents, snacks and drinks are available starting at $1 each, and hot snacks (from a different vendor each day) are available for $2-$3 each. Middle School students purchase snacks outside of the Middle School office. Upper School students purchase snacks from tables setup outside of the cafeteria. Snack purchases are cash only. 

Liberty Locker is also available to purchase various snacks and drinks during the students designated snack time. Liberty Locker is able to take card or cash.

The School Nurse Assistant Program (SNAP) is web-based program for Liberty families that provides an easy and secure way for parents to update and review school health information and medical documents for their children throughout the school year. 

• Medical updates – Log in to the SNAP Health Portal by visiting www.studentehr.com with your email address and password. Use the forgot password link as needed to retrieve forgotten password information. If you are a new family this year, you will receive a welcome email with log in instructions from SNAP (EHR). 

• Select Allergies/Conditions within the left "Health Record" menu and add any allergies or conditions if applicable.

The Spiritual Life Team's purpose is to guide and provide students with Christ-centered values, disciplines and worldview. That is achieved through several different avenues:

Lower School: Liberty provides a 1:1 iPad program. Students also have access to a dedicated Lower School computer lab as well as access to Robotics and STEM activities.

Middle School: Liberty provides a 1:1 iPad program. Students will also be provided with a dedicated Middle School computer lab. 

Upper School: Students will be given a MacBook Air to use for their learning. Students will also have access to two dedicated Upper School computer labs. 

Students in 6th-12th grades will be provided a Liberty student email account through Office 365. This email account is where students will receive all communication from the school and from teachers.

Students and parents also have a login for myLiberty, the school’s online community that provides access to your student grades, attendance, assignments and more.

If a student or parent needs assistance with a device, login issues or other technology related questions, please contact the Technology Department.

We will be transitioning to a new text alert system this fall, please ensure you have a current mobile phone number listed in myLiberty for this change with more information to be shared at a later date. In the meantime, follow the steps below to sign up for the current schoolwide emergency text alert messages regarding weather closings or other urgent information.

• Create a new text message to 1-844-843-1585
• Text these letters as the message: lcsalert
• Push send
• You should immediately receive a confirmation text.

Email is the school’s primary form of communication; however, the text messaging system will allow us to communicate quickly should the need arise.

Warrior Club is a Fine Arts and Athletics booster club supporting all programs and teams at Liberty Christian School. This club offers the opportunity to build community and generate support for the students participating in these programs.

The Warrior Watchmen program at Liberty Christian School is inspired by the nationally recognized Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) initiative. Warrior Watchmen is a powerful opportunity for dads, grandfathers, uncles, and other father figures to make a lasting impact in the lives of our students through intentional presence and encouragement on campus.

During unique scheduled days and times, Warrior Watchmen will have the opportunity to help with morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up, reading with students, joining students for lunch or recess, and more. Please note all Warrior Watchmen will have the chance to consistently assist during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up. Other responsibilities, such as classroom visits or recess, will be scheduled according to each school’s needs and teacher requests.

The Warrior Way podcast is where we talk all things Liberty Christian School! This podcast is designed to share stories of people in our school community who exhibit the Warrior Way – the seven core values that guide our actions across our entire campus.

The purpose of the late start on Wednesdays will allow the school an opportunity to implement weekly cross-campus professional development for all teachers and administrators throughout the school year. This professional development will be tailored towards classroom instructional strategies, data analysis and action plans, curriculum development, biblical worldview infusion, and more.

Preschool will not have a late start and will begin at their normal time of 8:15 a.m.

Kindergarten-5th grade will start school at 9:15 a.m. on Wednesdays.

Middle School and Upper School students will start school at 9:45 a.m. on Wednesdays.
