The core function of this role is to ensure that the school’s technological infrastructure remains up and running while keeping all users operational with an emphasis on customer service. Manage and architect the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, identity management, software, and related infrastructure. Performs necessary technical research and development to enable continued innovation and delivery within the infrastructure. Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and students. Manage resources for all projects with technical issues in the initiation, purchasing, planning, implementation, and continued delivery phases.
