Transcripts
Transcript requests should be made via e-mail (evansl@libertychristian.com) two school days prior to its distribution (mail or pick up). The student transcript sign-up sheet is located in the Academic Counseling Department.
Letters of Recommendation
Seniors must request letters of recommendation from their teachers or counselor a minimum of two weeks prior to its completion. A pre-printed information sheet from the college must be completely filled out and accompany the student’s request. Recommendation requests from the counselors must be submitted not later than the Friday before Thanksgiving break.
College Days
Seniors are allowed two college days. Juniors are allowed two college days. Sophomores are allowed one college day. Freshmen are allowed one college day. These days are offered as a privilege to our students to tour colleges in order to help them narrow their college choices. This privilege is extended only to those students who do not have excessive absences. Permission forms for college days are located in the counseling office. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully to assure an excused absence for the day you miss. Permission forms must be turned in two days prior to the college day.
